Anastasia Neustroeva
3D Character Artist
I’m a 3D character artist for games, working on stylized, anime and realistic characters. Once the concept is handed off I take care of the whole 3D process: sculpting, retopology, UVs, baking, texturing and the final polish. What I enjoy most is faces, silhouettes, form flow and anatomy.

My portfolio covers stylized and anime characters along with realistic character and anatomy studies. In my recent studio work I made five production-ready stylized and anime characters for Unreal, handling every 3D stage after the concept handoff: high-poly sculpting, retopology, UVs, baking and texturing. I worked within real-time limits of up to 50k polygons, 4K textures and one to two UV sets.
I also refined the main character’s anatomy, proportions, hair, silhouette and form flow, and reworked outsourced assets so the style stayed consistent and production-ready. Some of that studio work isn’t public yet, but I’m glad to talk through it on request.
I learned the full game-character pipeline on the real-time project Paladin at 3D Monsters School, and studied plastic anatomy in an écorché course at Sculpt Art. I work in ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, RizomUV, Unreal Engine, Marmoset Toolbag and Photoshop.
I’m based in Belgrade, Serbia, and open to remote roles as well as relocation with employer support. I speak Russian natively, English at B2, Serbian at B1 and French at A2.
